Privacy policy

You control access to your channel. Here is what data the service needs and how to delete it.

01What FRAME does

FRAME accepts applications from YouTube channel creators to identify potential advertising partnerships. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer. FRAME uses YouTube API Services and is not a Google or YouTube product.

02Data we receive

To submit an application, you sign in with Google and separately grant permission to view your YouTube account. Google provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. Once permission is granted, the service receives data for the channel you own and the available statistics from the YouTube API; your name, email address, and channel link are added to the application automatically. You may also provide a channel category and description.

Requests for additional permissions are separate from sign-in and from viewing statistics. Google describes the upload permission as managing videos, and the live-streaming permission as viewing, modifying, and permanently deleting videos, ratings, comments, and subtitles. FRAME uses them only for uploads or live-stream scheduling initiated by the creator; the creator confirms each action separately.

03Why and with whom we share data

The FRAME team uses application data to review the channel, contact you, and discuss possible collaboration. Google/YouTube data is available only to you and to authorized FRAME representatives for the purpose described. We do not sell your account data. Processing may be carried out by technical providers that support the operation of the service.

If you separately consent to AI processing, the application description you wrote yourself and the category may be transferred to the configured AI provider to prepare a draft summary. YouTube API data is not transferred for this purpose. AI consent is optional for the application; the result is not an automatic decision about collaboration.

04Access, retention, and deletion

You can revoke YouTube access in your account area or through Google security settings↗. When access is revoked through your account area, the service deletes the tokens, channel data, and the automatically obtained channel link from the application. Revocation through Google is detected on the next request to YouTube; data that has not been refreshed is deleted on a schedule no later than 30 days. The application itself and the description you wrote are retained. To delete your account, use the corresponding action in your account area; to ask about deleting an application, contact the operator. Access tokens are not shown to visitors and are not your Google password.

The service uses necessary cookies for sign-in and security. Your selected interface language is stored in the technical frame_locale cookie for one year (SameSite=Lax); it contains only that language choice. If sign-in or channel connection needs to be restored, an unfinished category and description are temporarily stored in this tab’s sessionStorage and deleted after restoration, application submission, or an account change. Consent choices and account data are not stored there.

If the owner has configured Google Ads measurement, the advertising tag loads only after you give permission; you can change your choice in the cookie settings. Form data and the contact email are not sent in the conversion event.
